If you’re planning on taking a class or two in the Summer I session and you haven’t registered for them yet — HURRY! Those classes start next Monday, June 6. The last day to register is this Sunday, June 5.
The good news is TJC gives you so many ways to register:
• In-person at this week’s Walk-in Wednesday event at Rogers Student Center (RSC) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., where you can meet with an academic advisor and register all on the same day. You can even take the TSI test if you need it, or talk to a financial aid counselor.
• Virtually online any day of the week through an appointment with advising.
• Online through Apache Access, if you already know the courses you want to take.
• In-person at RSC at a day and time that fits your schedule.
Summer II classes begin July 11, and — be aware: classes are filling up. If there’s a certain course you really need or want to take, register for it as soon as you can, before it reaches its capacity and closes.
Remember, summer courses at TJC are just 5 weeks long, so you still have time for all your other summer activities. And many of the summer courses are online, so you can take them while you’re at home, at the lake house, or wherever your summer plans happen to take you.
Best of all, TJC summer classes are perfect for getting a few steps ahead in your college journey, lightening your course load for the fall semester or for catching up on a course you need but haven’t taken yet.
